| When interpersonal behaviors (either yours or those of a valued employee within your organization) have caused employee conflict, complaints, discontent or lowered morale on-the-job, you want to act quickly and pro-actively to prevent escalation of the situation into possible costly claims and/or lawsuits. Don't go it alone! Confidential, individual meetings can be coordinated either in-person or by video conference with a ResourceHR behavioral coach. In these sessions, specific goals for change would be identified, behaviors assessed, and interactive learning exercises would be introduced to fast forward the learning process towards effective, on-the-job interpersonal behavior. The focus at all times in these sessions would be on adapting new, more effective behaviors back to the workplace as quickly as possible to minimize further interpersonal risk.
