Resource HR, Inc. is a group of consulting professionals who bring together a combination of skills from the areas of human resources, behavioral sciences, communications,education, instructional technology, multimedia and employment law. Each professional is skilled in understanding key components of employment law and integrating this knowledge in delivering customized programs for executive development. Each deliverable program is soundly based on principles of learning theory, behavior modification and instruction to assist in fast forwarding the learning process.
In addition, the professionals of Resource HR, Inc. have extensively researched the marketplace for web-based training, videos, books, audios, and interactive multimedia programs that are directed at topics pertaining to critical employment law issues, supervisory skills and interpersonal behavioral skills. These products have been specifically chosen to assist the individual employee and company in developing and enhancing interpersonal behaviors on the job.

| Resource HR, Inc. was founded by Camille Caiozzo, Ph.D. Dr. Caiozzo has over 20 years human resources and consulting experience. She has worked with dozens of exective and management teams, coached over 1000 individual employees on issues ranging from sexual harassment (EEO/ADA) charges to general supervisory skills, and, has directed major organizational development programs that had employee satisfaction as the focus. |

Dr. Caiozzo previously held human resources management positions for such companies as Getty Oil and American Medical International (AMI) and has consulted with various Fortune 500 companies in remediating complaint situations. She has provided expert witness testimony pertaining to workplace behaviors, human resources and employee relations practices, and has served as Adjunct Faculty for the School of Business and Management for Pepperdine University, in Malibu, California from 1989-1997. Using a combination of 'cutting edge' technologies, she instructs on issues pertaining to human behavior within organizations.
Currently, Dr. Caiozzo is a Licensed Psychologist in California and has a Certificate in Executive Management from U.C.L.A.'s Anderson School of Business and Management. In addition, to her Ph.D. and Master's degrees in Professional Psychology, Dr. Caiozzo has a second Masters' of Arts Degree in Education with a specialization in Instructional Media/Technology and has a Certificate in Multimedia. She is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants, Society of Human Resources Management, Institute of International Human Resources, American Psychological Association, Professionals in Human Resources Association, The National Human Resources Association, and the American Society of Training and Development.
